At STOWED, we're committed to getting your order to you as quickly and safely as possible.


Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been successfully received.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

During periods of high order volumes, promotions or public holidays, processing times may be slightly longer. If there is a significant delay, we will notify you as soon as possible.


Shipping Timeframes

We currently ship throughout South Africa using Aramex Store to Door.

Most orders are delivered within 5–8 business days from the date your order is dispatched.

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and factors outside of our control, including courier delays, adverse weather, public holidays or other unforeseen circumstances.


Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information, allowing you to follow your parcel's journey.

If you have not received your tracking details within a reasonable time after placing your order, please contact us at stowedsupport@gmail.com.


Delivery Address

Please ensure that your delivery address and contact details are accurate before completing your purchase.

STOWED cannot be held responsible for delays or additional delivery costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us because the delivery address was incorrect, incomplete, or the parcel was unclaimed, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be resent.


Delivery Attempts

Our courier partner may attempt delivery more than once or contact you to arrange delivery where necessary.

If delivery cannot be completed after reasonable attempts and the parcel is returned to us, the customer may be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the order.


Delivery Delays

While we do our best to ensure prompt delivery, STOWED is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Severe weather conditions

  • Public holidays

  • Civil unrest or strikes

  • Courier operational delays

  • Remote delivery locations

  • Natural disasters or other force majeure events

We will always work with our courier partner to resolve any delays as quickly as possible.


Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, appears to have been tampered with, or is missing items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at stowedsupport@gmail.com and include photographs where possible.

If your parcel appears to be lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible so we can investigate with the courier.


Shipping Coverage

We currently deliver to physical addresses throughout South Africa via Aramex Store to Door.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
